What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with developers and support teams to design and implement robust test strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
• Execute both manual and automated tests, analyze outcomes, and clearly report bugs.
• Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and help drive timely resolutions.
• Champion QA best practices, tools, and automation across the organization.
• Continuously improve QA processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in software testing (manual and automated).
• Strong hands-on experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Technical exposure to .NET Core, Angular, and Python.
• Skilled in writing clear, reusable test cases and documentation.
• Familiar with automation tools like Appium and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Proficient with JIRA and other test/project management tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.
