Sr. Architect Engineer

A Telecome Company required Sr. Architect Engineer
Qualification: Bs Civil engineering
Experience: 1 to 2 years in civil engineering
Project Planning & Execution:

Spearhead the planning and execution of PTCL Group office renovation projects. Assist in vetting detailed BOQs, finalize project implementation plans, and oversee all phases of execution to ensure timely delivery in coordination with zonal teams.

Budget Management & Approvals:

Manage project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and financial accountability. Secure project approvals and oversee execution to meet deadlines within allocated budgets. Assist in BOQ vetting, rationalization, and subsequent approvals.

Renovation & Maintenance:

Oversee regular repair & maintenance, renovations for Company’s buildings and other projects. Manage project execution including site visits, adhering timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.

Structural Assessments & Remedial Planning:

Lead the structural assessment of the company’s Buildings in coordination with the consultant. Assisting SM civil in vetting the bill of quantities (BOQ) for remedial works based on the evaluation and implemented key decisions.

Compliance:

Lead civil projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulations in coordination with zonal teams. Implement quality assurance and industry best practices across all projects.

Reporting & documentation:

Prepare and present project reports to SM Civil, highlighting key performance indicators and project status.

CAPEX and OPEX projects:

Management of approved CAPEX/OPEX projects.

INVOICING & SAP

Coordination with zones for invoices verification, GRN, issuance of PAC & FAC

Audit

Audit of civil works for respective zones to ensure works are done according to the set standards and meet Headquarters criteria.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 per month
