Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor teams across branches.
• Drive sales targets and guide BDMs and Sales Managers.
• Handle escalations and client issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with product and backend teams.
• Maintain healthy channel partner relationships.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in team handling in loan sales.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people management.
• Graduate degree required.
