About Us

We are a growing Architecture & Design firm, working on Residential, Commercial & Mixed-use projects. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Sales) with prior experience in real estate or architecture-related sales to drive business growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for architectural and design services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with the design team for proposals, RFPs, and client requirements.
  • Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper reporting of leads, sales pipeline, and closures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / business development (preferred in architectural or construction industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Should be based in or willing to travel across Navi Mumbai & Mumbai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
