Sr. Business Development Manager

Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager

Location: Lahore

Experience: 6–10 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling software solutions to the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-packaged (COTS) solutions as well as bespoke software development services across diverse industries, and a strong background in leading sales teams and driving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive sales of software solutions and services to manufacturing and other target industries.
  • Own sales quotas and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify business opportunities and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in selling software solutions to manufacturing or industrial clients.
  • Experience with COTS products and bespoke software services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and manage revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent interpersonal skills.
