We are currently hiring a Google Expert for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, match type selection, and implement a negative keyword strategy to maximize efficiency.
  • Build and structure ad groups for effective audience targeting and conversion optimization.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversion volume, CPA, and ROAS, using both automated and manual bidding strategies.
  • Write and test ad copy variations, site link extensions, callouts, and structured snippets to improve engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing on landing pages in collaboration with product and design teams.
  • Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Analyze search term reports to identify scaling opportunities and reduce inefficient spend.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and analytics teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Google Ads Search Certification (mandatory).

Experience & Knowledge

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Score optimization, Smart Bidding models (tCPA, tROAS), and campaign automation.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make ROI-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads or Apple Search Ads is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment.
