Positions Available: 1️ Senior Cost Estimator – 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time | On-site (Lahore – Wapda Town) Shift Timing: | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents

• Identify material, labor, and equipment requirements

• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure accuracy

• Maintain and update cost databases

• Provide support in budgeting and financial planning of projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cost estimation for civil/construction projects

• Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in relevant software/tools for cost estimation

• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
