General Job Description

Work as Quality Assurance / Test expert in battery area in the Quality Department. Ensure all battery related Quality and Test requirements with all the standards.

Role and responsibilities

• 
  Responsible for Battery Quality Assurance to meet battery manufacturing requirements as per defined battery design and testing guidelines.

• 
  Should have exposure to dealing with battery testing requirements and quality issues related to battery assembly and testing.

• 
  Should have exposure to battery assembly, testing and new battery qualifications and validations.

• 
  Responsible for developing QA technician team as per Product requirements for battery manufacturing and testing.

• 
  To closely work with Design & Development team for battery validation and define test and inspections parameters.

• 
  To provide technical support to the supplier to meet Quality and test requirements related to battery.

• 
  Work with Engineering team to define require critical to Quality standards related to battery.

• 
  Responsible for overall battery area and drive the corrective and preventative actions to improve the battery line in point of Quality Assurance and Testing.

• 
  To work with Engineering team to provide require technical support to supplier to meet Product Quality Standards and CTQ’s.

• 
  To manage all Quality Control Plans, Test Specifications, records etc to meet QMS requirements as per ISO and AS 9100 standards.

• 
  To publish weekly / monthly reports and action plans for improvements.
