Sr. Estimation Engineer - Aluminum/Facade Industry

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in the aluminum and façade industry to lead cost estimation and tendering activities for façade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive estimates and supporting successful project awards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for aluminum and façade works
• Analyze architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Lead estimation for curtain wall, unitized systems, stick systems, cladding, louvers, and glazing
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Conduct material take-offs for aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and fittings
• Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options
• Support tender submissions, clarifications, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain cost databases and benchmark pricing
• Guide and review work of junior estimation engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or related)
• 3-7 years of experience in estimation within the aluminum/façade industry
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret detailed façade drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of tendering procedures and commercial terms
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
