Provide Executive-Level Support: Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the Executive Vice President, managing complex calendars, executive communications, meeting preparation, and day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Coordinate Leadership & Board Activities: Organize and support executive leadership meetings, Board of Directors interactions, and leadership committees by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate meeting documentation.
Manage Executive Communications & Strategic Materials: Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials while gathering and analyzing information to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Oversee Administrative & Financial Operations: Manage executive office workflows, coordinate administrative coverage, support departmental budgeting and invoice tracking, and ensure efficient office operations.
Support Organizational Initiatives & Compliance: Assist with regulatory documentation, surveys, accreditation preparation, quality improvement initiatives, and special projects that support corporate operations and leadership priorities.
