Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, design, and performance teams to deliver campaign led content that drives traffic and sales.
- Use performance insights (SEO, CTRs, engagement, conversions) to refine and improve content output.
- Write, edit, and publish high quality content across platforms including website, app, blogs, product pages, CRM (email/SMS), social media, paid campaigns copy, and in store communication.
- Develop clear, engaging, and conversion focused product descriptions and category content for electronics, appliances, and lifestyle products.
- Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
- Maintain and evolve Sharaf DG's tone of voice across all customer touchpoints. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all content produced.
- Write campaign narratives, headlines, CTAs, and promotional messaging for major sales events (e.g. White Friday, DSF, Ramadan).
Requirements
Experience - 5-8 years
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, electronics, or consumer brands.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience writing commercial and performance driven content.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce journeys, and customer first communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume content environment.
- Experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms, and analytics is a plus.
