  • Ensure all HR-related procedures, records, and training programs comply with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external GMP audits, providing all necessary HR documentation and personnel records.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Plant Management teams to develop and implement SOPs related to personnel hygiene, conduct, and training.
  • Assist in accident investigations and ensure strict adherence to all safety codes and environmental policies.

Recruitment, onboarding, and training

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all plant employees, from sourcing and screening to interviews and hiring.
  • Develop and deliver induction and onboarding programs that include mandatory GMP and safety training for all new hires.
  • Coordinate and track regular refresher training on GMP, safety, and operational procedures for all existing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and updated training records for all plant personnel, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Employee relations and performance management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance management processes and coordinate employee evaluations for all plant staff.
  • Administer and enforce company HR policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Payroll and statutory compliance

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accurate attendance, overtime, and leave data.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance with labor laws, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee's State Insurance (ESIC), and other local labor regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Liaise with government officials, including the factory inspector and labor department, as required.

Administrative duties

  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee life cycle events (e.g., transfers, terminations).
  • Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Manage employee benefit programs and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
