Job Responsibilities :

Initiating Training Needs Identification process annually as per Central Manufacturing Academy guidelines and obtain TNI#s from employees.

Preparing & releasing Annual / Monthly Calendar

Overall Co-ordination for Class-room program delivery at LC as per Event Calendar

Record keeping of Attendance, Feedback forms of participants in classroom delivery

Maintenance/ upkeep of Infrastructure at LC
-
Coordinate Apprentices# engagement, training and related documentation/MIS
-
Coordinate Rewards & Recognition Programs like Teacher Day/ Faculty felicitation.

Coordinate for development of Site and Plant specific learning content .

Coordinate audit of LC activities with visiting auditors.

Explore ways of improving LC experience by adopting new technology
-
Preparing monthly/yearly LC highlights
Education Requirement :
Engineering degree/ Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirement :
-
Engineering degree with 1-2 years# experience. in large Hydrocarbon Industry OR Diploma in Engineering with 4-6 years# experience working in large Hydrocarbon Industry having big L&D infrastructure, preferably some years in L&D itself.

Very good command on usage of Computers/ Learning related system such as SAP/ Data Collection & documentation
Skills & Competencies :

Should have excellent interpersonal skill as job requires liaison regularly with mentors / Faculty for arranging faculty/TNI#s/seeking training nominations.
