Sr. GC estimator

We’re Hiring: Sr. GC Estimator (General Contractor Estimator)

Location: Wapda Town Lahore (Onsite -Full-Time | 3pm to 12 am )

We are a rapidly growing construction estimation firm serving the US market and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior GC Estimator to join our Lahore-based team. If you have strong expertise in construction drawings and cost estimation, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, bid documents, and project specifications
• Perform detailed material and quantity takeoffs using estimating software
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client scope and deadlines
• Assist in finalizing bid proposals and ensure timely submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 3-5 years of estimation experience (US market experience preferred)
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar estimating tools
• Strong understanding of CSI divisions, construction methods, and materials
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred: Experience with RSMeans or CostWorks, familiarity with US construction codes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
