Sr. HR Executive

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive with experience in the interior fit-out, furniture, or joinery industry to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and have a passion for people and performance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for technical and site roles
• Handle employee on-boarding, engagement, and retention
• Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination and labor compliance
• Support performance reviews and training initiatives
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and site-related HR regulations

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in fit-out, joinery, or construction sectors
• Solid understanding of manpower planning and site labor coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with HRIS systems and local labor laws

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
