ArhamSoft (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a talented and energetic Sr. HR Manager to join our growing team. If you have solid experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and attendance/leave management, you are eligible to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, documentation, and off-boarding processes.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update HRMS/ESS or HRMs profile, attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Handle employee queries, HR letters, contracts, and policy communication.
- Ensure timely resolution of attendance issues, missing check-ins, and WFH logs.
- Assist in employee performance evaluations, confirmations, and monthly HR reports.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction through initiatives and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and design programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and career growth.
- Contribute to succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and assisting in talent pipeline development.
Conflict Management & Policy Implementation
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and constructive manner.
- Roll out HR policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently to ensure fair and equitable treatment.
- Analyze and report key HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to employee management.
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in HR Executive, HR Associate, or HR Officer roles (IT industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment cycles, performance management, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media handling, and HR reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit the highest level of integrity.
