About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for both technical and managerial positions in our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of industry requirements and proven expertise in recruiting for engineering, site, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical and managerial positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Partner with the stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Construction or Infrastructure industry.
- Proven ability to hire engineers, site staff, and managerial professionals.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
