Job Title: Senior Safety Officer (Construction Experience)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Safety Officer with strong experience in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are implemented effectively across the project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations.
• Organize safety training and awareness programs for site workers and staff.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to maintain safe work practices on-site.
• Maintain proper documentation related to safety inspections and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction field in UAE
• Certification in NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OHSMS, FSC or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
