Sr. IT Applications Analyst (SAP HCM Consultant)

SAP HCM Consultant to support HR operations and workforce management within a pharmaceutical environment. The role will focus on configuring and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) processes, with an added advantage for candidates who have exposure to SuccessFactors or cloud-based HR solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).
• Knowledge of HR processes, employee life cycle management, and workforce administration.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements (GxP/GMP).
• Integration knowledge with FI, SuccessFactors, and other relevant modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
