Job Description
Position : Deputy Manager / Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance
Qualification : CA Qualified
Job location : Goregaon
Experience in manufacturing industry
Roles and responsibility :
1. Verify and manage all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable,
billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, employee expense report reconciliation, settlement of advance given to employees, cash applications and payroll processing, reconciliation of bills before payment)
2. Finalization of books of accounts on quarterly and yearly basis. Completion of Statutory Audits on timely basis along with Tax audit and other related statutory authority requirements.
3 .Timely and accurate financial processing, month end closure, cash management reports and balance sheet reconciliation
4. Maintain professional banking relationships
5. Determine internal audit scope, develop and ensure adherence to annual plans
6. Review tax payable schedule and ensure timely payment of all statutory taxes
7. Timely verification of Investment declarations of employees
8. To keep a close watch on cash flow and funds management
9. Close control on petty cash outgo at plant level and getting each and every monthly cash expense checked against proof of expense and its genuinely.
10.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports including stock and status data reports, and various detailed analysis reports
11. Ensure provisioning for payments of pending bills
12. Ensure that all emails and phone calls regarding payments and receivables are managed on time
13. Collecting the deposits, advances and other Assets of Company
14. Maintain files and comply with record retention requirements
15. Ensure timely and accurate cash management, including performing international wire transfers and maintaining lines of credit, if instructed
16. MIS and other report preparation and submission
17. Conduct Daily Review and negotiate the company’s insurance policies annually or as often as fiscally beneficial (physical damage, liability, worker’s compensation).Ensure timely payment of insurance premiums and oversee the claims submission process to ensure loss control measures are being adhered to
18. Proactively manage and review the performance and progress of repartees (direct and indirect), set objectives and targets; work with the Accounts team to develop individual training plans for the team
19. Ensure generation, accuracy, maintenance and submission of all reports(daily, weekly, monthly, etc). Submit reports to top management before 5th of every month.
20.Complete the tasks assigned by the Top Management whenever required.
