Duties & Responsibilities
  
- 
   Execute sales activities for Private Sector clients in line with the direction and plans set by management.
  
- 
   Support the identification of new business opportunities within the Private Sector domain and propose initial solution ideas.
  
- 
   Assist in building and maintaining professional relationships with Private Sector representatives in coordination with the direct manager.
  
- 
   Follow up on Private Sector client inquiries and needs, ensuring timely and effective responses. Participate in the preparation of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as guided by senior team members.
  
- 
   Ensure proposal components align with Private Sector requirements in coordination with relevant teams.
  
- 
   Gather and analyze market information related to Private Sector procurement trends and competitor activities.
  
- 
   Stay informed on relevant Private Sector policies and regulations and escalate updates to the direct manager.
  
- 
   Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to support decision-making. • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and monitor sales performance. • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align solutions with Private Sector client needs.

   Support compliance with applicable regulations through coordination with legal and compliance teams.

   Required Experience

   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
  
- 
   Master’s degree (Preferred).
  
- 
   Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
