Primary Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned residential and commercial projects.
- Plan and manage launch strategies, pricing, payment plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to guide sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
2. Sales Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycle — enquiry generation, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and documentation.
- Ensure consistent lead follow-up, CRM data accuracy, and high conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to monitor performance against targets.
- Coordinate with Finance and CRM teams to ensure timely collection and payment compliance.
3. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor individual performance through regular evaluations.
- Conduct product and soft-skills training sessions to enhance team capability.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ethical sales conduct.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, investors, and brokers.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey — from inquiry to handover.
- Act as the escalation point for key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Organize property showcases, events, and site visits for prospective and institutional clients.
5. Channel Partner & Broker Network Development
- Develop a strong broker and channel partner network across UAE and international markets.
- Implement incentive programs and engagement strategies to enhance partner performance.
- Track and manage broker sales contribution and ensure alignment with company objectives.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS to the management on leads, conversions, revenue, and collection status.
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Documentation teams to ensure timely sales agreements and customer onboarding.
- Provide feedback to the Product Development team on market demands and client preferences.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at real estate expos, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Monitor post-sales customer service to ensure smooth handover and satisfaction.
- Assist in defining pricing strategies for new project launches.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
