Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the real-time status of daily factory orders, investigate causes for abnormal orders, and drive improvements.
• Coordinate and resolve issues during order execution, provide timely feedback, and ensure smooth order processing.
• Establish and manage a closed-loop delivery process to ensure order fulfillment plans meet customer delivery requirements.
• Continuously promote the improvement and implementation of digital solutions in delivery management.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to communicate freely in English.
• Strong logical thinking skills and proficiency in Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
