Job Responsibilities

Monitor the real-time status of daily factory orders, investigate causes for abnormal orders, and drive improvements.

Coordinate and resolve issues during order execution, provide timely feedback, and ensure smooth order processing.

Establish and manage a closed-loop delivery process to ensure order fulfillment plans meet customer delivery requirements.

Continuously promote the improvement and implementation of digital solutions in delivery management.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations.

Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to communicate freely in English.

Strong logical thinking skills and proficiency in Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
