Sr. Operations Manager

India

Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operations within the city or assigned region. This

role demands strong leadership in ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue, managing teams,

optimizing logistics processes, maintaining fleet and vehicle compliance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Order Management

Drive revenue generation and cost-efficiency across operations.

Maximize daily and monthly order volume while maintaining quality standards.

2. Petty Cash & Financial Oversight

Monitor and manage petty cash disbursement and reconciliation.

Ensure timely and accurate validation of data for invoicing.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring timely inbound and outbound movement.

Coordinate with logistics for accurate stockkeeping and loss minimization.

4. Team Performance & Efficiency

Ensure productivity and performance of Executives, Operations Leads, and Fleet Managers.

Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive team training and motivation.

5. Administrative & Daily Reporting

Manage all administrative duties related to operations including documentation, approvals, and

compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily MIS and reports.

6. Client Relationship Management

Coordinate and conduct regular client meetings.

Ensure all client targets and SLAs are met or exceeded.

7. Fleet & Vehicle Oversight

Manage city fleet including insurance renewals, maintenance, warranty claims, and operational fitness.

Resolve issues related to vehicles swiftly in coordination with relevant departments.

8. City-level Operational Compliance

Ensure timely resolution of any city-specific matters (insurance, licenses, logistics issues).

Act as the primary point of contact for any local authority compliance or escalation.

9. Rider Management & Retention

Drive initiatives for rider engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

Address grievances and improve rider performance.

10. Cross-functional Support

Collaborate with HR, Admin, Tech, and other departments to support operational needs.

Take responsibility for any additional tasks associated with city-level operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/MBA preferred with 6–10 years of experience in operations/logistics/supply chain.

Candidate must have at least 4yrs of last mile experience.

Preferred industry will be Quick commerce, Ecommerce

Proven leadership ability in managing large teams.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on knowledge of fleet, logistics, and city-level operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,173.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month
