Job Title: Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:
BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil) to manage procurement activities for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of civil materials, subcontractors, and services
• Prepare and review technical and commercial comparisons
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams for material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor database
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier market
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
