Sr. Project Manager (Civil)

We are hiring two (2) Senior Project Managers with strong GCC construction experience to lead civil engineering projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE/GCC region.

• GCC experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects end-to-end

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Lead and mentor site teams, engineers, and supervisory staff

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively

• Prepare and submit progress reports, RFIs, and project documentation

• Manage risk, variations, and claims in accordance with contract terms

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E.) – Civil preferred

✔ Minimum 18 years of experience in civil construction project management

✔ Mandatory GCC experience

✔ Age: 35 to 40 years

✔ Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6)

Preferred Skills

⭐ PMP or equivalent project management certification

⭐ Experience with UAE government and regulatory authority approvals

⭐ Strong contract management knowledge (FIDIC / NEC)
