Sr. Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for Quantity Surveyor
Location: Karachi

Job Summary:
Th QS is responsible for verifying contractor-submitted quantities, progress claims, and variation requests. Ensures compliance with contract terms and controls project cost-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate quantity take-offs from approved drawings.
• Review and comment on contractor’s monthly interim payment applications.
• Assist in assessment of variations and claims.
• Keep records of executed quantities and cost implications.
• Coordinate with the commercial and technical team for approval processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years’ of experience in similar role.
• Familiar with standard forms of contract (FIDIC) and measurement methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
