Sr. Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Engineer – Aluminum, Glazing, Curtain, and Blinds

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales within the aluminum and glazing, or curtain and blinds industries, with a strong emphasis on project sales. Experience working with fit-out companies will be highly preferred. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and technical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for aluminum, glazing, curtain, and blinds products.
• Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with clients in the fit-out and construction industries.
• Lead the sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals, with a focus on large-scale project sales.
• Provide technical expertise to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions tailored to their projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of the products and services offered.
• Track project progress and customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
• Work with the marketing team to promote products and services through various channels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client details, project status, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven +5 experience as a Sales Engineer in the aluminum and glazing, curtain, and blinds industries, with a focus on project sales.
• Prior experience working with a fit-out company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of aluminum, glazing, curtains, blinds, or related products.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record in project-based sales.
• Strong network in the construction, fit-out, or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to client sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
