Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Dealers Department at Grand City Kharian. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential dealers and converting them into dealers to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet potential dealers interested in partnering with Grand City Kharian to offer them exclusive deals.

- Communicate with potential dealers to identify their requirements and negotiate partnership terms.

- Initiate contact with potential dealers over the phone, ask questions to engage them, and keep the conversation going.

- Meet daily call targets and listen to dealer needs to build strong relationships.

- Gather and document dealer information, and react to their queries and concerns.

- Complete daily KPIs, including minimum 50 connected calls daily, and maintain a challenges sheet.

- Build healthy relationships with existing dealers and identify opportunities for growth.

- Negotiate partnership terms with dealers where needed.

- Facilitate arrangements to give dealers a comprehensive understanding of Grand City Kharian's offerings.

- Coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

- Conduct market research to identify potential dealers and stay updated on competitor activity.

Goals and Targets:

- Convert 20 clients into dealers every month.

- Achieve monthly sales targets through dealer partnerships.

KPIs:

- Timely conversion of leads into dealers.

- Daily dialed calls: minimum 100, with 30 connected calls.

- Completing daily follow-up calls.

- Maintaining a challenges sheet on a daily basis.

- Conducting competitor analysis.

- Updating KPI sheets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in real estate or property development.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
