Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales , Business Development strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding our training services across corporate and institutional sectors. You will oversee a high-performing sales team, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with training program managers to align offerings with market demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the training and education sector, focusing on corporate clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including corporations, government entities, educational institutions, and individuals looking for professional development and certification programs.
- Client Acquisition: Generate new leads and secure partnerships with key decision-makers in HR, L&D (Learning and Development), Key decision makers and other relevant departments within companies and organizations.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored training and educational solutions, including corporate training programs, certification courses, and workshops, to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, sales forecasting, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional training services.
- Collaboration with Training Teams: Work closely with the curriculum design, training delivery, and marketing teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline management, and generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management to track progress and outcomes.
- Leadership and Team Management : Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine positioning
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of GCC Experience working with B2B clients, especially in corporate learning and development or training institutes
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions is a plus.
- Ability to manage the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA with bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with B2B clients, especially in corporate learning and development or training institutes.
Language:
- English Fluency and Basic Arabic
