Sr. Sales Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to manage sales targets, build strong client relationships and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to improving sales processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact and grow professionally.

Business Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and potential client segments.
  • Work closely with marketing to create campaigns that support lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine business development strategies.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Forecast sales revenue and track progress against targets.
  • Use CRM tools efficiently to log all client interactions and opportunities.

Sales Ownership & Performance

  • Take full ownership of sales targets, accounts and revenue, managing deals and client relationships with a results-driven approach.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback and best practices with internal teams to improve processes and performance.
  • Demonstrate leadership through accountability, initiative and consistent results.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Coordinate with Tech, Marketing and Customer Success teams for seamless delivery.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in product demos and strategic meetings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with Customer Success and Tech teams.
  • Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and pain points.
  • Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
