Sr. SAP Consultant – HR (HCM) – Fiori

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior SAP Consultant – HR (HCM) – Fiori will support the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program with a focus on SAP Fiori applications related to HR processes.

This role is responsible for supporting HCM migration activities, planning and executing Fiori application implementation, and ensuring a modern user experience for HR systems. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to deliver improved HR digital services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead HCM-related activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program including planning, design, testing, and deployment.

Plan and coordinate SAP Fiori application activities for HR processes.

Support implementation and configuration of Fiori applications used in SAP HCM modules.

Plan and execute Fiori testing cycles and ensure successful system functionality.

Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants to integrate SAP systems into a unified S/4HANA landscape.

Ensure integration between SAP HCM modules and enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), and Payroll.

Lead testing activities to ensure all Business Process Master List (BPML) processes are working effectively.

Drive data migration strategies for HCM-related data.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design for HR and Fiori applications.

Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership teams.

Support governance frameworks related to project scope, risk management, and cost control.

Drive change management initiatives including training and user adoption for Fiori applications.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong experience with SAP HCM and SAP Fiori applications.

Ability to design and support modern SAP user interfaces and HR digital services.

Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management.

Experience with SAP system integration and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

POTENTIAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 9+ years of professional experience including at least 4 years of SAP HCM implementation experience.

Experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and user experience design for SAP systems.

Experience participating in multiple SAP implementation projects.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is preferred.
