Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruitment Consultant to support implementation and configuration of recruitment and onboarding modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules and must be fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support full-cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
  • Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth system implementation and optimization.
  • Provide functional expertise during system configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Onboarding and Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC).
  • Strong expertise in RCM, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Arabic language proficiency (Mandatory).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced digital transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large enterprise or government transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors best practices.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to QAR20,000.00 per month
