Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare job advertisements and post them on recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews when required.
  • Coordinate with PRO and HR team for visa processing and onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts as per company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and recruitment procedures in Qatar.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
