    Primary Responsibilities:
    The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain supports the procurement team and plays a key role in enhancing supply chain performance and customer satisfaction. By integrating data from multiple sources, they uncover trends, perform root cause analyses, and deliver clear, impactful insights to both internal teams and end customer. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Essential Functions:
    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Integrate data from internal systems and external sources to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
    • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in operational performance to uncover valuable intelligence.
    • Deeply understand systems and processes to integrate data to identify opportunities for improving end-to-end performance.
    • Leverage available tools and platforms to enhance visibility and responsiveness across the supply chain.
    • Track performance and conduct contextual root cause analyses of service issues, excess inventory or spoilage risks.
    • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.
    • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to internal teams and external customers.
    • Translate complex data findings into clear narratives tailored to cross-functional audiences.
    • Perform ad hoc analyses to address urgent business questions or emerging challenges.
    • Support tactical and strategic initiatives with timely, relevant data insights.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics and supply chain optimization.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.
    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and think critically to solve business problems
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
    • The ability to identify business challenges and use data to recommend effective solutions

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in a field, such as data science, statistics, or business analytics, preferred
    • 4-5 years of related work experience preferred
    • 2-3 years of experience insights or data analysis role preferred
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
