Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with supporting HR generalist activities such as onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, basic compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements and execute recruitment plans.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring.
• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including offer rollout and joining.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, background verification, and employee records.
• Support payroll with attendance, leave, and employee master data.
• Manage leave, attendance, and employee queries.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Support HR MIS, performance management, training coordination, and compliance documentation.

• Strong Talent Acquisition & hiring skills
• Knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination & HR software
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Self-driven with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
