Long Description Job Summary
The role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing parts for Samsung products, including mobiles, Tablet, Watches. Additionally, will be responsible to providing top-notch customer service. Job Responsibilities

Diagnose issues with Samsung products, including mobiles, Tablet, Watches.

Continuously track Samsung KPI’s and resolve related gaps and analyze the elements behind it.

Execute and control the RMA and DOA procedure

Repair or replace defective components, such as screens, batteries, logic boards, and other internal parts.

Perform software troubleshooting and updates, including restoring and configuring system.

Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Handle receptionist duties, including accepting customers and receiving their products for service.

Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs to customers and offering advice on device care.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Document all repairs and services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.

Stay up to date with the latest Samsung products, software updates, and repair techniques.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.

Excellent English language and Arabic will be highly preferred.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Mobile technical support and troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
