Funprime Technology is looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our mobile app growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in paid user acquisition, analytics, and optimization strategies across multiple ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Unity, and other mobile ad networks.
  • Develop strategic growth plans for apps to achieve performance KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad placements to improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, ASO, and product teams to align marketing efforts with app goals.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and prepare weekly performance reports and growth insights.
  • Identify new channels, trends, and market opportunities for user growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in campaign management and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in mobile app user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CPI/CPA/ROAS-based optimization and mobile attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase Analytics, etc.).
  • Expertise in managing and scaling campaigns across Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, campaign tracking, and performance metrics interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented tech environment.
