We are seeking a hands‑on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong experience in AppZone platform operations and .NET‑based services. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical digital banking systems. This role focuses on operational excellence, automation, observability, and incident management within a modern microservices and cloud environment.

You will work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver stable, scalable, and secure digital experiences for the Bank’s customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and performance of AppZone platform modules and .NET microservices in production.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for digital banking services.
• Build and maintain observability (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts) using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Use AIOps and anomaly detection (Dynatrace Davis AI or similar) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Lead incident response, including on‑call support, triage, RCA, and blameless postmortems.
• Improve deployment safety using canary, blue‑green, and automated rollback strategies.
• Support microservices architecture with a focus on resilience, scalability, and inter‑service reliability.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and resilience testing.
• Automate operational tasks using scripts, runbooks, and self‑healing workflows.
• Integrate reliability checks into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Maintain and evolve the observability and AIOps stack.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide escalation support for critical production systems during major incidents.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, playbooks, and operational procedures.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SRE or DevOps roles supporting high‑availability systems.
• Strong experience with AppZone platform operations in a banking or fintech environment.
• Hands‑on experience with .NET applications and microservices (monitoring, debugging, performance tuning).
• Strong Linux skills and experience with system‑level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (preferred); exposure to Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Aurora, RDS.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
