Staffing Recruiter(Bilingual Spanish)

We are a fast-growing staffing agency specializing in delivering top-tier talent across multiple industries. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team and drive full-cycle recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/client interviews
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
• Maintain recruitment data and ATS records

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency)
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search
• Experience hiring for IT/Non-IT roles (customize as needed)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred)
