About the Role

We are seeking energetic Start Coordinators to join our Pakistan-based sales and onboarding team.

This position is the first point of contact for property owners interested in our management and tenant-placement services. You will handle inbound leads from platforms such as Yelp, Google, and Thumbtack, build relationships with prospective clients, and help them begin their onboarding journey.

This is a performance-driven role focused on lead conversion, communication quality, and fast response times. Training and daily support are provided by our U.S. Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new owner inquiries within 2 business hours via phone, email, or chat.
  • Present the company’s services and technology in a clear, confident, and friendly manner.
  • Follow up with warm leads, address common questions, and guide them through the sign-up process.
  • Manage listings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate property data, photos, and pricing.
  • Maintain daily communication logs and meet activity goals for calls and email replies.
  • Track all interactions in company systems and ensure accurate onboarding status updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the U.S. Sales team to achieve monthly growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field).
  • Exceptional English communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to interact confidently with international clients.
  • Prior experience (1–3 years) in inside sales, customer service, or lead conversion (real estate, hospitality, or tech preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Confident using Google Workspace, CRMs, and online communication tools.
  • Willing to work evening or late-evening shifts (Pakistan time) overlapping U.S. business hours.

Schedule & Environment

  • Location: Pakistan (remote, with stable internet connection).
  • Shift: 5 days per week, typically evening to midnight PKT.
  • Training and daily collaboration occur via secure communication platforms.
