About the Role

We’re looking for a Startup Product & Growth Consultant who can both build and scale products. This role is ideal for someone who understands product strategy, business growth, and data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with founders and teams to validate ideas, launch products, and drive rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Validate ideas and build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products)
• Identify product-market fit and target audience
• Drive growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Optimize conversion funnels, user journeys, and onboarding flows
• Run A/B testing and growth experiments
• Analyze KPIs, user data, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing, and sales teams
• Improve scalability, revenue, and product performance

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Growth
• Strong understanding of startup environment and agile workflows
• Experience with SaaS, digital products, or tech platforms
• Knowledge of growth hacking, funnels, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Jira, Asana, Trello
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to turn ideas into actionable product plans
