The Role
We are hiring a Static Manufacturing Designer to execute and deliver high-quality creative assets at scale.
This is not a conceptual design role. This role is focused on execution, clarity, and performance-driven output.
This role owns:
- High-volume static creative production across all channels
- Adaptation of campaign systems into multiple formats
- Speed, accuracy, and consistency of design output
You will operate at the intersection of:
Design execution × Performance awareness × Multi-channel delivery
You will turn campaign systems into clear, effective, and scalable assets.
What You Will Own
1. High-Volume Creative Execution (Core Responsibility)
You will deliver large volumes of static assets across the business.
- Execute paid media creatives (ads, formats, variations)
- Produce CRM, website, and campaign assets
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes
- Deliver fast, accurate, and consistent output
- Maintain quality across all deliverables
2. Messaging, Hierarchy & Clarity
You will ensure all assets communicate instantly and effectively.
- Structure layouts with clear hierarchy (headline, offer, CTA, product, brand)
- Design assets that are understood in seconds
- Prioritize clarity over decoration
- Ensure messaging is easy to scan and act on
3. Multi-Channel Adaptation
You will adapt creative across all channels and formats.
- Work across paid, retail, e-comm, and CRM formats
- Adapt designs for different aspect ratios and placements
- Ensure assets are platform-ready (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints
4. Speed, Volume & Reliability
You will operate in a high-output, fast-paced environment.
- Deliver multiple assets daily across campaigns
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Maintain quality at scale
- Support continuous campaign rollouts
5. Brand Consistency & Guideline Adherence
You will execute within defined brand systems.
- Follow brand guidelines across all outputs
- Maintain consistency in typography, layout, and design
- Apply campaign systems without deviation
- Protect brand integrity in all assets
6. Workflow Discipline & Production Readiness
You will ensure files are clean, structured, and ready for use.
- Maintain organized source files and folders
- Use clear naming conventions and version control
- Prepare files for handover and production
- Ensure assets are export-ready and error-free
7. Collaboration & Feedback Integration
You will work closely with internal teams and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with motion, production, and marketing teams
- Receive and apply feedback efficiently
- Handle multiple revision rounds professionally
- Communicate clearly and proactively
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years in graphic design, production design, or in-house brand execution
- Strong portfolio focused on ads and performance creatives (not just branding or social)
- Excellent proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
- Experience working across paid media formats and platforms
- Ability to deliver high-volume output under tight timelines
- Experience working within brand systems and guidelines
- Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows
Extra Value (Nice to Have)
- Basic motion skills (GIFs, light animation)
- Understanding of print and offline production
- Awareness of marketing funnels and performance design
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Arabic Speaking (written only or both)
