Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in Sialkot for international and domestic courier services. The role requires strong market penetration within Sialkot’s export-driven industries including sports goods, surgical instruments, leather products, apparel, and e-commerce businesses. The candidate must have strong B2B sales experience and local market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Development – Sialkot Region
- Develop corporate accounts in Sialkot’s export sector (sports goods manufacturers, surgical exporters, leather & textile exporters).
- Target SMEs, manufacturers, trading companies, and e-commerce sellers.
- Establish business relations with freight agents and clearing agents.
- Increase international courier volumes to key destinations
2. International & Domestic Sales Growth
- Promote express export shipments (documents & non-documents).
- Generate domestic logistics contracts within Punjab and nationwide distribution.
- Offer customized pricing solutions based on volume commitments.
- Work closely with operations for shipment handling and service improvement.
3. Client Relationship & Retention
- Conduct regular client visits in Sialkot Industrial Estate, Small Industrial Estate, and surrounding business hubs.
- Negotiate service contracts and annual rate agreements.
- Maintain strong after-sales support and resolve operational issues promptly.
4. Revenue & Collection Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain healthy gross margins.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure timely recovery of payments.
5. Competitive Market Intelligence
- Monitor activities of competitors such as:
- DHL
- FedEx
- TCS
- Leopards Courier Services
- M&P
- Analyze pricing trends and customer feedback.
- Develop competitive strategies to increase market share.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or export-related sales.
- Strong understanding of Sialkot export market dynamics.
- Established network within industrial and export community preferred.
