Steel Structure & Mezzanine Calculation Engineer

Job Overview: Techozon Software House is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented engineer who can handle steel structure calculations, mezzanine planning, warehouse structural designing, and engineering verification processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural engineering, AutoCAD designing, IPE beam calculations, load analysis, weight distribution, and warehouse/mezzanine layouts. The candidate will also verify whether all structural and mathematical calculations are accurate, practical, and safe for real-world implementation. This role requires an all-in-one technical professional who can understand engineering calculations, create layouts, review structural logic, and verify implementation standards. Main Responsibilities:
● Verify steel structure calculations and engineering logic
● Recheck mezzanine structure calculations and layouts
● Validate tower, beam, and structural support calculations
● Review bin size, load capacity, and placement calculations
● Create and review AutoCAD warehouse/store designs
● Design storage layouts and optimize warehouse utilization
● Analyze IPE beam sizing and structural support calculations
● Understand and verify kilo load and weight distribution calculations
● Review floor load capacities and structural balancing
● Check structural positioning and alignment
● Coordinate with developers and designers for calculation verification
● Review CAD-based measurements and engineering drawings
● Prepare technical reports for errors, fixes, and improvements
● Ensure all calculations meet practical engineering and safety standards
● Verify sprinkler spacing and positioning (Secondary / Preferred Skill) Required Skills:
● Strong engineering and mathematical background
● Expertise in steel structure and mezzanine calculations
● AutoCAD designing and technical drawing expertise
● Knowledge of IPE beams and structural load management
● Understanding of kilo load balancing and weight distribution
● Ability to manually verify engineering calculations
● Strong understanding of dimensions, scaling, and structural safety
● Ability to create practical warehouse/store layouts
● Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
