Department: Culinary / Stewarding

Reports To: Hygiene and Stewarding manager


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Stewarding Team to be part of the stewarding team, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and smooth operations in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role is crucial in maintaining hygiene standards and supporting the culinary team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and sanitized.
  • To be part of the stewarding team to uphold high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain organization and proper storage of all cleaning materials and chemicals.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth service operations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort (one Year)
  • willing to accommodate all tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP certification is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
