Stock Controller / Warehouse Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Accurately record stock transactions in the ERP (e.g., SAP).
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations with proper labeling and bin identification.
• Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory) and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management on low, slow-moving, or obsolete items.
• Ensure proper issuance of raw materials and spare parts to production/maintenance teams as per requisitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements (GRN, issue slips, transfer notes, scrap records, etc.).
• Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO methods to reduce stock expiry or obsolescence.
• Support in preparing reports on stock status, variances, and consumption trends.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance teams for smooth stock flow and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order.
