Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
  • Issue supplies to departments promptly and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels and support timely purchasing requirements.
  • Conduct and support monthly stocktaking and reporting processes.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing teams for reconciliation of goods received.
