Store In-charge [Interior Fit out]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations for interior fit out materials and tools.
  • Maintain proper inventory records for:
  • MEP materials
  • Hardware items
  • Electrical items
  • Carpentry materials
  • Glass & aluminum materials
  • Site tools and equipment
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare material requirement reports.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
  • Issue materials to project sites with proper documentation.
  • Maintain inward/outward stock registers and system records.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Track tools movement and maintain tools issue records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as Store Keeper/Store Manager in interior fitout or construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of fitout materials and site operations.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple site material requirements.
  • UAE experience preferred.
