Store Keeper

Job Summary:

The Store Keeper is responsible for efficiently managing the inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, maintaining proper records, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials and supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures while maintaining full control over store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure all goods are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP software and physical documentation.
  • Issue items to departments as per approved requisitions and maintain records of stock movement.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Purchase/Operations Manager.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department of required replenishments promptly.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and safety of the store area.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the Purchase Department for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs related to inventory management and stock control.
  • Support internal audits and ensure all documentation is current and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations (preferably in retail, gym, or hospitality industry).
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP software and strong command of inventory management modules.
  • Excellent knowledge of stock control, purchase coordination, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
